Who sets up the equipment?
The ZAZOO team delivers, sets up and collects the equipment within the agreed time slot.
Do I need to handle anything on the day?
Just make sure the venue is accessible and the setup area is ready. Our team handles delivery, setup and collection.
Can I combine inflatables, Soft Play and extras?
Yes. You can book one service on its own or create a combination with inflatables, Soft Play, popcorn, cotton candy and bubbles.
What happens if the weather changes?
For outdoor events, we discuss the venue, options and possible changes with you early, depending on availability.
Is ZAZOO only for specific ages?
No. You can book what you need based on the venue and event. If you need help choosing, we suggest the right combination.
Can I book for a school or company?
Yes. For schools, municipalities, communities and companies, we suggest a custom setup based on guest count and venue.
Do you offer popcorn and cotton candy?
Yes, party extras can be included in a package or added to larger events.
